Pros

Good pay, always paid on time

Cons

If you hold certain passports your job isn't as secure as you may think especially right now as many have been laid off causing huge impacts for the customer. Poor communication from the top down and no pay increase since 2016

Pros

Not much. Pay and benefits continued to change almost monthly during my last year with little or no communication to employees.

Cons

No annual pay raises after 2019, pay and benefits cut with 30 days to accept or leave, no communication with employees, new hires arriving and finding out their pay and benefits were not going to be the same as what they had negotiated during the hiring process.
