The pay was outstanding for the amount of work required

Cons

The host nationals have a whole different concept of getting things done quickly and easily. You better have an unbelievable amount of patience.

Pros

Not much. Pay and benefits continued to change almost monthly during my last year with little or no communication to employees.

Cons

No annual pay raises after 2019, pay and benefits cut with 30 days to accept or leave, no communication with employees, new hires arriving and finding out their pay and benefits were not going to be the same as what they had negotiated during the hiring process.
