Results dependant on contract/terms - Research Analyst Global Dimensions Employee Review

Thanks for your feedback. I understand concerns sometimes as it relates to pay but pay is dictated by the authorized billing per the contract. Sometimes we are able to be higher. Unfortunately, even if I want to give you more, if the revenue doesn't support it, I cannot overpay more than we are receiving. Various contracts are different based on these billable rates. Hopefully your experience with us had value more than the salary. We will always do our best to give you as much as possible and do value every single person who we employee. We also value higher levels of experience and do our best to commensurate when possible. We are locked in though with a ceiling of the amount we receive. Hopefully that helps with understanding.
