This is a great place to work. Employer cares about his employees and has respect for what they do. Very fair and no micro managing . They are open to suggestions, always approachable and good salaries. They hire you for specific jobs and let you do it without hovering. I love working hear and hope to continue to do so for a long time .

Benefit plans could be better

1- Pay wages on time.

1- Very poor working environment, It seems they don't know basic ideas like work structure, company's culture or even company's values. You would feel you are dealing with a group of people who are located in the middle of nowhere and who will only communicate with you to collect the time-sheet, period! 2- They don't honor their word except for the wages' payment, obviously to avoid any liability.
