      Intense workloads, undervalued and underpaid employees. Promotions are barely ever given, the only way to get promoted is to move to another team.

      Pros

      Global Payments used to be a good place to work, but ever since they brought in McKinsey consultants and essentially merged with Worldpay, it’s been all downhill. Constantly anxiety about your job and which new change will be announced this week

      Cons

      They know we’re all burnt out and have change fatigue and fear of layoffs, but they just keep on trucking with no change or empathy
