Pros

I liked most of my co workers.

Cons

Constantly over worked, and underpaid. Unappreciative of employees who gave it all for the benefit of the company. No job security with constant lay offs, you could either be someone who sat at your desk and watched Netflix all day and be the best employee, if the manager liked you or be someone who came to work every day and worked hard but refused to suck up to the management team and lose your job. HR disclosed information about me......on the company website with my FULL NAME. I just don't even know where to go from here.

Pros

Hands-On Experience with Modern Infrastructure Friendly and Supportive Culture Great Resume Builder Work-Life Balance If you value a supportive team culture, a manageable workload, and building high-scale professional project experience, a Global Payments internship is a fantastic stepping stone, especially for launching a career in FinTech or platform engineering.

Cons

Uncertainty Around Full-Time Pipeline Varying Tech Stacks by Team: Because the company encompasses many different product lines and acquired systems, your experience can vary wildly depending on the specific team you land on. Some teams work on cutting-edge, next-gen cloud platforms, while others are tasked with maintaining or upgrading older legacy architectures.
