      During my time with the company, I had the opportunity to work in a true global environment. It allowed me to understand and work with co-workers around the world, which is a must in today's corporate world.

      Cons

      The company is truly a "good old boys" club environment. Executives always get promotions and bonuses even when the company does yearly jobs cuts. Your performance does not really dictate if you will continue to have a job.
