Pros

The Benefits are great, the people are nice, the company is pretty stable and profitable.

Cons

Its easy to get lost in this company. Managers do not really manage and there is a general lack of urgency to get anything done. There is a great deal of backwards thinking and sometimes layers of process and controls to get things done. (That is a problem when you combine it with the lack of urgency) There are tons of flavor of the month initiatives that upper management promote but then never actually do anything with. A great example is the employee survey where something like 80% of the company tells them that they are under market or career advancement is muddy. They do focus groups, talk about it for 6 months and then forget about it.

Cons

Uncertainty Around Full-Time Pipeline Varying Tech Stacks by Team: Because the company encompasses many different product lines and acquired systems, your experience can vary wildly depending on the specific team you land on. Some teams work on cutting-edge, next-gen cloud platforms, while others are tasked with maintaining or upgrading older legacy architectures.
