Pros

Not any to think of besides the facilities, it does not feel good coming to work everyday worrying if you still have a job

Cons

This company is only concerned with the employees in Manilla, Phillipines. You are forced to trained offshore teams to do your job so when May comes around during budget time, they can lay you off.
