      working with GSR for less than an year now. GSR runs professionally, a full fledged IT Software dev company, no contract stuff, only perm employment, pay full salary even during bench, health insurance at no cost to employee, has lot of projects. opportunities to work in advanced tech. HR supports proactively. 4.5 out of 5.

      Nothing!!! Hr and organization ppl would b very kind only while joining!!!!

      Cons

      They would suck ur blood and energy and would benefit out of it!. Hr and manamement ppl are also again employees. They might feel it oneday.
