      Great working environment. Lovely people, support and friendly between teams. Very relaxed. Benefits in terms of flexibility with hours. Direct management is understanding of personal

      Whilst this isn't a direct complaint, work loads can fluctuate, experiencing very slow periods with little work and times when you're swamped with a large back load of work. This can leave you a little uneasy.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
