      Research industry is good for ones career

      Cons

      Recruitment head lady is not polite when she talks to employee. She feels by working for last 10 yrs she own company. Company should provide full salary to employees than holding the bonus amount. Meal coupon should be introduced to all. Leave are very less and everyone has to beg to avail it. Heads do not share progress of organisation

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
