      Pros

      After a rocky period the firm is back on track with some decent development work on older products and a reshuffled management team in place which seems to be doing the trick. Employs some pretty talented people who now just need to be retained.

      Cons

      Still room for improvement on communication from senior management as well as improved access to them across divisions. Some sales teams feel a bit hit and miss on the regarding targets and talent but it felt like this was improving.

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Pros

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
