      Salary on time Less workload Casual Fridays

      Salaries below industry standard and the hikes are peanuts. No interaction with clients. Nothing substantial to mention in your resume. Lot of free hand to Senior Analysts. They act like team leads. Bad infra - slow systems, inefficient air conditioning, less garbage bins Work from home only after approval from Director Very less team outings

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
