Pros
The GlobalData Healthcare team was one of the most enjoyable times of my career in business development. The team is led by individuals with expert knowledge of the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical sectors, as well as a gold standard culture around its sales training and sales implementation. Standards are uniform across the board from entry level junior sales execs, up to sales directors, this is a truly meritocratic environment where hard work is recognised and rewarded.
Cons
If there is were any 'cons' during my time there, this would probably be the need to provide some additional benefits like healthcare/gym incentives, but this was introduced just before my departure - very positive..
