      Pros

      Great place to start a career - A lot of responsibility from the outset - Your analysis is used by clients from the outset - Great client exposure - Existing team is filled with fantastic talent - Gain a lot of experience in your dedicated vertical, meaning you learn very quickly

      Cons

      - Expectation to sacrifice work/life balance to get work done - Low wage (bottom-end of pay range for an analyst role in dedicated vertical compared to other companies in London) - Very slow progresion; SMT neglegt existing talent in favour of hiring new talent (who tend to be fresh from uni, so cheaper to hire i assume) and there is a bottleneck for promotions - Managers under pressure, which is then felt in teams

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Cons

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Pros

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
