Pros

Friendly team members, a good place to learn journalism skills (interviewing, attending events, writing to deadline, design and idea generation), central office in good location

Cons

No salary reviews (have to fight for a raise) and more and more responsibilities added without remuneration, not a motivating environment

Cons

Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

Pros

Supportive team, collaboration within the team

Cons

You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
