Process oriented company Good pay Good training

Cons

Senior directors with rigid mindset and not open to new ideas. Implementing any new idea requires freedom, clarity, trust and time. No wonder people here are working for 10-15 years like in a government organization. There is no room for new thoughts.

Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

Supportive team, collaboration within the team

Cons

You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
