New leadership only hired people he ever worked with in Fishkill. If you are not from the same company, you are nobody and will be difficult to be in the circle of trust. Extremely difficult to work with the manufacturing operations. Almost the whole team is from Singapore. They refuse to work with other department. Many have provided feedback to the site leadership and HR, but unfortunately, the situation is not getting any better.
