Pros
Flexibility, product based company to provide various benefits, no work pressure. Good place to work
Cons
Rebadge and rehire process because of which many employees were moved to Infosys and rehire employees had to attend interview and had to move to Infosys. Good part is that they made sure most of the employees are placed in Infosys rather than just sacking.
