Pros

==> Supportive and collaborative work culture. ==> Plenty of learning opportunities, especially for those who proactively take initiative. ==> Teams and managers are generally good – experience varies based on the specific group and type of work. ==> Exposure to diverse technical challenges and cross-functional collaboration.

Cons

==> Career growth tends to be slow unless you’re highly visible through extracurricular or cross-functional involvement. ==> Progression and recognition can sometimes feel dependent on factors beyond core performance.

Pros

Very supportive team and management to work with from the beginning. Many training classes need to be taken in moving forward to align with the company policies and technical procedures. Good benefits and competitive salary. Have a very positive plan for long term career and educational support tuition. The interview and hiring process are long but informative and responded promptly.

Cons

There are many training classes to take so it may put more stress on a new hire if you do not have a good plan.

Pros

Great team in Burlington. Diverse technology portfolio provides endless opportunity to learn.

Cons

Non-revenue support groups have small budgets and are seen as cost-burdens. Raises and promotions are behind the industry.
