Pros

SPOT product lines, proven and time tested great products. Some of the staff are a joy to interact with.

Cons

Management is very poor and does not communicate effectively. When attempts are made to communicate, the calls go unanswered or not returned. Up line managers seem very insecure in their roles as though they are covering their own behinds regularly and hold back the information that is needed for their teams to be successful.
