Poor Environment and Horrible Experience - Prior Recruiter Globant Employee Review

No one is at their desks, constant background noise, lack of attention to conversations, inability to provide required information to complete work assigned, inability to listen to employees, lack of orientation organization. Says pays for benefits for employee and family but coverage in my geographic location was out of network and cost me thousands. HR is totally incompetent in California. Hires too Jr level internal staff, lacks in pay for internal/infrastructure staff.
