The main pro is working at Globant means flexible work. Its a benefit for those who study or have to care kids or something else. Its a nice, comfortable place to work.
Cons
The worst disadvantage is the poor remuneration. Salaries at Globant are the worst among the rest of IT companies, almost in all sites of Argentina. Management is used to have a poor recognition about the employers capacities, using this to justify the leak of salary rise and seniority recognition. The limited career opportunities are a unfortunately factor that must be considered. It quickly goes from low to intermediate positions to stay stagnant for years without the possibility of taking the career leap, not certified courses are provided to augment personal resumes.
