      Pros

      - Good benefits. - Not as much projects for lower Seniorities (Jr), but the projects you can fit are challenging and push you to became a better programmer. - A lot of learning tools. - Good work/live balance.

      Cons

      - Benefits are above the law, but can improve compared with other companies. Although, they improve them during this year I worked in here.
