Some Globant India policies needs to be changed. e.g. 1. You will have to conduct Interviews for Globant. 2. You will have to give technical presentation once a quarter. 3. You will have to write blogs and post them from Globant medium account. These above things are compulsory with your work as they will affect your yearly Appraisal/Promotion. It doesn't matter how many hours you are working for client and how much recommendation/awards you get from client for your good work.
