Pros

As a tier 3 retention rep, you get $20/hour base with bonuses that cap out at $34/hour weekly. They are very flexible and will work with your schedule. Even after the pandemic, we are working from home.

Cons

You are micromanaged to death. Not a lot of opportunities to move up in the company. This is essentially the best dead end job you will ever find.
