Experience with Go-Live Faster - QA Test Lead Go-Live Faster Employee Review

I have been working with the company from past 7 years and that to remote for most of the time and from past 3 years I have been working from home. It has been very comfortable working from home with flexibility in timing of work, work pressure, communication. I do need to travel to office once or twice a year. I have my 2 year old kid and I am easily able to manage his time for school and food along with my work. All the senior manager and colleagues are aware of the personal and work problems and our always accommodating in the best possible way and are even ready to help in best possible way.
