Been part of this company for 3+ years now,and can by experience can say, This is a company that is really helping people every single day by providing appropriate working environment, opportunities to challenge yourself and learn something new every day. Work is fast paced and leadership is always pushing and driving ahead in every way. It's exciting to be part of it. Management is firmly committed to helping persons served and employees to do their best. Supportive Management, Flexibility in working hours, including WFH facility helps maintain a healthy Work Life balance.

This isn't really a con but there is a realistic expectation that every employee should work hard to do their job and get it done,strech if need be.
