Pros
I've been working at GoCo for a couple of months now, and I have enjoyed every minute of it. Leadership always challenges you so you can grow professionally; constant 1-1s so you can have real-time feedback and give feedback as well. The office is an open space so you can interact with different departments and leadership alike, and No Cubicles! Coworkers are friendly and always willing to help; monthly events such as happy hour, team building activities, and once in a while food catered to the office. Everyone that joins our team shares a passion for helping GoCo succeed, and that definitely translates in how fast we are growing.
Cons
The only con I have is the commute as the company is located near the IAH airport, so traffic can be a challenge sometimes if you live far from there.
