Pros
GoCo's culture allows for fast-face ideas, decisions, experimenting and learning opportunities. Everyone on the team is constantly seeking a better way to collaborate, learning, experiment in grow in not only the business, but each other. Even with the transition to remote which was difficult (because the GoCo office was really fun and engaging), GoCo has stuck together and #evolved to embrace the new way of working, while continuing to ensure the entire team is healthy, engaged and fulfilled. Some pros are: - End of week show & tell meetings for everyone to share gratitude of team member achievements, how departments are doing, and even product demos of upcoming features. - Recurring remote hangout events, like Breakfast Club and Happy Hours. - Hosting a 2-day, 5 team Hackathon on company time to solve problems around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace. - Flexible Time Off policy
Cons
Majority of the team works remote right now, however some people do attend the office frequently. Not a huge con, but being able to collaborate in person more often is something to look forward to once COVID becomes less of an issue.
