Pros
The flexibility, I love working from home and having the option to go in office if I want to. I also like that everyone is super friendly. The benefits as well are good. Unlimited PTO can’t be beat
Cons
It’s a startup so the training process was very bumpy. You’ll eventually figure everything out but you have to ask questions or else you’ll be completely lost. Wish it was more streamlined but they just hired someone to fix it so that’s good. I would also like a little more diversity with age and LGBTQIA+. The company is very racially diverse but most people are over 30, and I would like more people fresh out of college and around the early 20s age like me. Also more emphasis on LGBTQIA+ hires would be fantastic, because as far as I am aware, I don’t know anyone else who identifies as LGBTQIA+ at the company other than myself
