Pros
Joining GoCo has been the absolute BEST experience. I've worked in both amazing culture and not-so-amazing cultures, but GoCo really stands head and shoulders above the rest. GoCo has an amazing culture of openness, feedback, and recognition, and a passion for building a really, really good product. That last one is HUGE because a lot of places really launch before they're ready or don't fulfill promises. GoCo's product is actually great and beloved by clients. It's a great remote culture, but with the ability to meet people in real life and get together at least a couple times a year.
Cons
HR tech is a crowded market, and we're not as well known - BUT that is changing rapidly and I have total faith that we're going to make a big impact on the space this year.
