1. Can't retain top talent. Very short tenure, except for vets who are the only people you hear about every award period. When 8 or more people have left 1 department, it's a glaring red flag and should be for leadership as well. 2. Preach career growth when everyone has random and differing job titles, no true structure for promotions, no bonuses, poor comp structures. Penalties to your comp when other departments can't do their job. Your journey and success at GoCo 100% depends on who your manager is, your relationship with them, and their relationship with leadership. 3. Lacks transparency even though it's one of their #1 values.
