As a small team, some days and seasons are harder than others. Q4 is really challenging when you work in HR/Payroll/Benefits space, because time off and work/life balance feel impossible to achieve. GoCo does a really good job of trying so hard to lessen the blow and work with your needs, but sometimes I wish I was at an organization where there was no seasonality to the business, and I could spend all the major holidays with my family and friends instead of clients.
