the air conditioning is always on full blast, even in the middle of January; the people have the mindset of high schoolers, constantly spreading irrelevant rumors with nothing to back them and instead of going to you directly, they go to HR; when there actually is a legit problem, HR does nothing to fix it, but will put you on a 30 day probationary period in which you are expected to "improve" on the so called "problem" you are having ( you are never informed of this problem); there is legit no communication between management and employees, and yet everyone, specifically management, complains when something is done wrong or handled improperly.
