Terrible Place to Work! - Anonymous employee Goldberg Segalla Employee Review

They feed their employees weekly to keep their mouths shut. Attorneys are unprofessional and talk about staff. Staff is full of drama. There is NO office management. HR is a basically a cult. Most people just take advantage of the place. For a firm that claims to be the "best place to work", there's not much working going on. Seriously over staffed, well, until the pandemic hit. Then they laid off basically everyone. They make promises they can't keep. It's an okay place for kids straight out of high school or a 2 year college who just want to collect a paycheck and start at the bottom of the barrel.
