Worst Law Firms to work at - Legal Assistant Goldberg Segalla Employee Review

Very low pay, overworked, and micromanaged. Was told I wasn't allowed to wfh even though other support staff/attorneys were able to. I was called by HR telling me I had to come into the office and hung up on me. There is clear favoritism. Micromanagement is very bad here, I was called into one of the partner's offices in front of another attorney and staff in the office to be reprimanded on what I had done wrong, I felt humiliated and embarrassed. I would overhear the same partner talk badly about new law school grad attorneys who joined the firm. Toxic work environment, I did not feel safe going into work, I was very uncomfortable.
