      There are really no pros to speak of. There's nothing but critisim, cut backs,poor effective management and miserable employees that get away with NOT doing their job!!!!!!!!

      Cons

      Poor attitude with all co-workers,everyone is unhappy,miserable & burned out and I mean everyone including managers.
