Poor company culture--bullying, many put downs and poor development in this franchise. - Manager Golden Corral Employee Review

No career development for management from an upper management team that does not believe in it. As a manager you are expected to save as much pennies for the company doing whatever it takes, especially by not following the promotions on t.v. but if you get caught by the corporate franchise adviser, expect to be heavily fined and be given a written counseling report, even when you are instructed by upper management to not follow the promotional menu!!!!
