Pros
You have a lot of control over the business. The benfits and pay were quite good.
Cons
Some of the junior managers thought they were getting a 9-5 job. They should have been weeded out during training. If you got on the wrong side of certain upper management, you were in trouble. There was no movement from 1 location to another, so if you had a long drive you just got used to it.
