Favoritism on the part of management to "certain customers" with minor complaints so they get free meals and then the cust gets really friendly with one manager inparticular, expects employees with family to work on Christmas, "walmart" mentality, and don't mention you're pregnant...they will cut your hours to force you out without having to pay for unemployment
