Pros
There aren't any. Food even sucks work there long enough! Great people to work around except management and everybody is either a drunk or a druge.....sometimes both!!! Oh yea some guest are awesome to meet.
Cons
You have no life, I attend school full-time and work another part time job, but Golden Corral schedule me to work 41 hours on there week. No sleep, no quality of life, you are treated like a robot, and don't have hopes and dreams about doing something positive to your life. They don't care about you or your life dreams. You just a employee. Managers will tell you to work hard, but go sit on their butt and eat all day. It's actually a dirty place, but we seem to pass CSQ every time. Company values suck, they don't value there employees the ones that make the business go. Raises suck and promotions are terrible. My cousin girl works there and she pregnant, but they slave her til she can barely move at night. No breaks
