Friendly workers paid on time, and a fun environment

can't communicate with others, when managers are stressed they stare at you even if you are in the kitchen for an order, they never notice your hard work (if you're new) so they think you are not trying and give you an F for performance when they pay attention (after you did everything). when it is slow or you have already done everything, they stare, get upset, or try to act sarcastic about how your not moving when they are sitting on a chair for an hour. feedback by employees who worked there for more than 2-5 years, they never got a raise but certain people did. the employees also think the work area is racist and a bit of discrimination goes on (I would slightly agree). everything everyone had told me was bad.
