Pros
Most of the leadership was effective, team-driven, and efficient. Most of the people were helpful and customer-service oriented. Turnover was low.
Cons
The hierarchy was frustrating. Often wouldn't get timely answers from those above you (directors and senior leaders), yet they expected immediate answers from their direct reports. Maybe true everywhere.
