Free meals (on occasion) and the great bond with associates, & frequent customers was definitely a pro

Management was unorganized. There were three managers but none were on the same accord when it came to decision making. They over worked all employees! 70+ hour work weeks and only made $7.50 an hour… The restaurant was under staffed. Often times we all performed multiple jobs during one shift
