Pros
Salary was great, but 6-7 days a week 13 hour shifts with no overtime takes a mental and physical toll on people.
Cons
Not enough staff, call outs all the time, disorganized, ran out of food constantly, no training, management quitting around every corner. It was ran pretty awful and I am traumatized to never work in the food industry ever again.
