Toxic Work Environment - Anonymous employee Golden Corral Employee Review

Hours were terrible, everything was micromanaged and there was clear favoritism, employees only got a discount on food (which is school cafeteria quality), employees had to bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment (including vacuums) because equipment was always broken, sick days were restricted if we couldn't find coverage, threatened with write-ups for every little thing. It's just a toxic work environment.
