- Chaotic understaffing in several departments creates constant workload pressure. - Compensation does not keep up with responsibilities - roles quietly and constantly expand without corresponding pay increase - Advancement opportunities are limited - Titles often do not reflect actual work performed, which hurts career growth outside of the company - Communication with upper management and operations is inconsistant - Process improvements are discussed but slow to be implemented - Morale varies heavily depending on department and manager - Diversity is not represented in upper managment. Very limited advancement opportunties for minorities.
