Pros

-If you start happen to start out as an entry-level young career individual, there's a little room for growth; however, this is at your own resilience and doggedness. -You also have the opportunity to earn some extra cash if you work overtime. -There are also some good people to work with, and some bosses who care about growth and learning (though VERY few). -Good benefits are available.

Cons

-Working the long hours and never ending days gets overwhelming especially as your responsibility increases, and you begin to grow your family. -The company doesn't really prioritize learning and growth. So, if you want to get ahead, it would be you working very hard to get it, and you'd be blessed if you happen to have a good boss who is on the same wavelength with you. -Promotions and certain employments are bias. SOO bias. It's very sad.

Pros

I like the people I work with

Cons

Company is not what it used to be under Mark Wetterau. Now with Lindsey Goldberg as the new owners, I feel like I have to walk on egg shells. The gap between the execs and everyone else makes us feel like they are entirely different people. Never thought GSF is just another stepping stone to a better company.no room for growth what do ever unless you know someone or work under the right executive.
